Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Arena + ("Arena +," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to our website, beta program, accounts, and Windows companion (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, requesting or accepting beta access, downloading the companion, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional terms shown before paid access ("Order Terms") form part of this agreement and control if they conflict with these Terms on price, billing, cancellation, refunds, or access period.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and any paid access. The Services are not available to children under 13.

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law says otherwise. You may not transfer, sell, or share beta access without written permission.

Arena + is an early, private-beta product. Seats may be limited and admission is not guaranteed. Beta software may contain errors, lose or misread data, change materially, or stop working when the game client, operating system, or third-party services change.

We may add, remove, or revise beta features; issue replacement builds; require updates; reset test data where reasonably necessary; or end the beta. When practical, we will give notice of changes that materially affect paid access. Do not rely on the beta as the only copy of information that matters to you.

Subject to these Terms and any Order Terms, Arena + gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Windows companion for your own lawful, non-commercial gameplay. This is a license, not a sale. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Arena + is independent and is not operated, sponsored, approved, or endorsed by the game publisher or platform provider. Game names, content, and services belong to their respective owners. Your use of the game and connected services remains subject to their rules and terms.

The current companion is designed to show display-only guidance, maintain your champion campaign, and record eligible match progress. It does not guarantee that any third party will permit the Services indefinitely. We may change or suspend an integration to respect platform rules, technical changes, or legal requirements.

You may not misuse the Services or help someone else do so. In particular, you may not:

• Use Arena + to cheat, automate gameplay, interfere with normal game operation, or violate a game publisher's or platform's rules.
• Probe, attack, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls for the Services or another system.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense, or create a competing derivative from the Services except where law expressly permits it.
• Use another person's account or game identity without permission, or submit false or unlawful information.
• Use the Services to infringe rights, distribute malware, harass others, or engage in unlawful activity.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Services beyond interfaces we provide or authorize.

Applying to the private beta is free. We will not charge you merely for applying. Before any paid access begins, approved testers will be shown the price, currency, billing cadence, access period, taxes, renewal behavior, cancellation method, refund rules, and payment provider in the applicable Order Terms. Paid access starts only after you affirmatively accept those terms and authorize payment.

You authorize the disclosed payment provider to charge the payment method you choose according to the Order Terms. If recurring access is offered, the renewal timing and how to cancel will be shown before purchase. Except where law or the Order Terms require otherwise, fees already earned for an access period are non-refundable.

We may change future prices or plans, but a change will not apply retroactively. For recurring access, we will give any notice required by law before a new price takes effect.

The companion may download or require updates for security, reliability, or compatibility. We do not promise that the Services will always be available, error-free, compatible with every Windows configuration, or supported in every region. Maintenance, third-party outages, and game-client changes may interrupt access.

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, you give Arena + a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or payment. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information, which is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Arena + and its licensors own the Services, including the companion software, website, design, code, text, and branding, excluding third-party materials. These Terms do not grant you rights to Arena + names, logos, or other brand elements. Content and trademarks belonging to the game publisher and other third parties remain theirs.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you. By using the Services, you acknowledge those practices.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Ending use does not automatically cancel an active paid plan; use the cancellation method in your Order Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, misuse the Services, fail to pay an amount due, or if the beta or Services are discontinued. When reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, feedback, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Arena + disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise that recommendations will improve results, that match records will always be complete, or that use will unlock any game achievement or title.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arena + and its affiliates, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid Arena + for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $50 if you paid nothing. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including as applicable for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, the beta, or law. We will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights during an active paid period, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Services.

The governing law, forum, and any required dispute process for paid access will be identified in the Order Terms before activation. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. If no Order Terms apply, governing law and forum will be determined under applicable conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules.
